Project Overview
JSA was hired by Purplefish properties to design nine studio apartments and one large three bedroom owner occupied apartment on the upper floor. A rear entrance was accommodated for the apartments along with a new elevator. The rear business occupancy was designed as studio space for John Snyder Architects who occupied the building from 2013-2015.
