The proposed project was a new mixed-use waterfront development in Ithaca, NY. Cascadilla landing was a proposed 183-unit development consisting mostly of two-family homes, townhouses and 5-story apartment buildings as well as a small amount of neighborhood retail space, and covered ground-floor and outdoor surface parking.
The design included a new roadway, five (5) story housing units with approximately 130 to 150 efficiency, one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom units. The total square footage projected for the five (5) story buildings was approximately 203,000 sf with 5,000-6,000 sf of commercial / retail space located in the ground and upper floors of the five (5) story buildings. Project also included 24 Townhouses and 6 High-end residential units.
Projected cost (2015) 70.2-78.5 million.
