This Dealership, located at 504 S Meadow St, Ithaca, NY was a renovation & addition to the building which formerly housed Maguire Ford-Lincoln & Nissan Dealerships. This project was very complex giving the condition of the existing structure, balancing Planning Board Approval, fulfilling Ford-Lincoln branding & design requirements, and focusing on dealership layout & operational needs. This included assisting the owner with ensuring all departments remained in operation on site during construction.
