Maguire Nissan of Ithaca Dealership
The Dealership, located at 17 Uptown Rd, Ithaca, NY was a new building to provide Nissan with a separate building from their previous location shared with Ford-Lincoln. This project required a balance of Planning Board Approval, fulfilling Nissan branding & design requirements, and focusing on dealership layout & operational needs; all while providing a space that would create a comfortable vehicle buying and maintenance experience. To help ensure this comfortable experience JSA focused attention on providing quality natural light to all areas of the building.
